Joe Shanahan
President and CEO
Joe Shanahan grew up in Lakewood, Colorado and was interested in business and real estate from an early age. He has started and operated several successful businesses which have given him the framework to control all aspects of the building process for Camden Creek, from site selection, to project management to final accountability. The result’s of his experience has formed the foundation for his passion for building the very best homes, creatively designed for today’s sophisticated custom home buyer.

Joe's love of great architecture and design are the cornerstone of the company's vision. "By continually trying to improve and bring innovative style and design is certainly a challenge, but one that is very stimulating. We strive to bring the most interesting plans and designs combined with the greatest value to fulfill the clients' utmost desires."Joe and his wife, Polly, are the proud parents of three children, and enthusiastic family participants in snowboarding, golfing, camping and biking.
Mike Shanahan
Vice President of Operations & Sales
Mike grew up in Golden, Colorado and has been involved in homebuilding and real estate for most of his life. He has owned and operated several successful businesses prior to joining the Camden Creek team. In addition to running his businesses, he was a top sales representative for a large manufacturer.
Mike is committed to providing an exceptional experience for our clients. "Camden Creek is committed to providing outstanding customer service and an honest approach to the design/ build process. We have simplified the process to help the client obtain their ideal home."
Mike and his wife Sherry have two kids. One is in college and the other is currently serving in Iraq in the Army.
John Garcia
Project Manager
John grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has been involved in homebuilding since an early age. He has a BA in Construction Management from Western State College, located in Gunnison, Colorado. He has over 24 years of experience in the home building business including every area of production. He started as a framing contractor and trim carpenter and has operated his own business.
He is now a project manager with Camden Creek and directs every aspect of the design/ build process. He holds numerous professional and industry certifications including General Contractor 'C' license.
John is a proud father and enjoys waterskiing, camping and everything outdoors.
